At ugett.com, we want you to be confident in every purchase. Because we sell digital license keys delivered electronically, our refund policy follows consumer protection standards for digital goods while remaining fair to both customers and our business.
Digital Delivery
All products are delivered by email (and may also appear in your account order history). There is no physical shipping. Delivery is typically instant but may take up to 8 hours in rare cases.
Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase if:
- The license key was not delivered to your email (after checking spam/junk folders)
- The product is materially not as described on our product page
- You received a defective or non-working key and our support team cannot resolve the issue within 48 hours
- You were charged in error or placed a duplicate order
When Refunds May Not Apply
Under industry practice for digital goods, refunds may be declined when:
- The license key has already been revealed, activated, or registered with the software vendor
- The issue is caused by incompatible hardware, unsupported operating system, or failure to meet published system requirements
- The request is made after the 30-day window without a valid defect claim
- Evidence suggests fraud, chargeback abuse, or violation of our Terms & Conditions

Processing Time
Approved refunds are submitted to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
Non-Delivery Claims
If you do not receive your license email within 8 hours of purchase, check your spam/junk folder first, then contact support. Non-delivery claims should be submitted within 7 days of the order date so we can resend the key or investigate delivery issues.
