ugett.com sells digital software licenses exclusively. No physical shipping is required — your license key is delivered electronically after payment.
How Delivery Works
- Complete checkout with a valid email address.
- Receive an order confirmation immediately after payment.
- License keys and activation instructions are sent to your email, usually within 1–5 minutes.
- Keys are also available in your account order history when logged in.
Delivery Times
Most orders are fulfilled automatically and delivered instantly. In rare cases — during maintenance, fraud review, or payment verification — delivery may take up to 8 hours. If you have not received your key within 8 hours, contact Contact@ugett.com with your order number.
Email Delivery Issues
- Check spam, promotions, and junk folders.
- Ensure the checkout email address is correct.
- Add our domain to your safe-sender list.
- Contact support if messages are still missing — we can resend to a verified address.
International Customers
Digital licenses are delivered worldwide by email. Regional activation restrictions, if any, are noted on individual product pages.
