These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the ugett.com website and your purchase of digital software licenses from us. By placing an order or using our site, you agree to these Terms.

About ugett.com
ugett.com sells genuine digital software license keys for personal and business use. All products are delivered electronically by email unless otherwise stated.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
Orders & Contract
Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we accept your order and deliver your license key by email or make it available in your account. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraud, pricing errors, or policy violations.
Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for guidance. We strive for accuracy but minor variations in vendor branding or packaging do not affect the validity of the license delivered.
Digital Delivery
License keys are delivered to the email address provided at checkout. You are responsible for ensuring your email address is correct and that messages from ugett.com are not blocked. See our Shipping Policy for details.
License Use
Unless stated otherwise on the product page, each purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software according to the software vendor’s end-user license agreement (EULA). You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share license keys except where permitted by law or the vendor.
Pricing & Payment
Prices are shown at checkout in the displayed currency. Applicable taxes are added where required. Payment is processed securely through our payment partners. You authorize us to charge the total amount shown at checkout.
Refunds
Our refund policy is set out on the Refund & Returns page and forms part of these Terms. Because digital keys can be copied once revealed, refunds may be limited after a key has been delivered or activated.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection legislation, including statutes governing unfair practices, misrepresentation, and defective digital goods.
Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, and materials are owned by ugett.com or our licensors. Software trademarks belong to their respective owners. ugett.com is not affiliated with Microsoft, Adobe, or other vendors unless explicitly stated.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ugett.com is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
